Schedule of Presentations
To schedule the programming for your school, please contact us at 402-505-3993 or email our scheduler at jenny@smartgensociety.org. Please note that we will be presenting one presentation per grade for your 4th through 6th grades and each presentation will be 45 minutes long with a 5 minute break in between.
How to prepare for Smart Gen Society
- We will need access to a projector for our PowerPoint presentation, along with a staff members computer with access to a USB plug. Each presenter will come prepared with the PowerPoint on a flashdrive.
- For presentations of 40+ students or adults, we will require access to a microphone.
- Tips for teachers: We ask that teachers stay in the classroom and help keep the students engaged. During breakout sessions (if applicable) help monitor breakout session discussions and bring the group back together. This helps the presentation move smoothly.
